Leila M.
Sisneros has been a full-time, professional REALTOR® since 1989 specializing in
the sales and marketing of homes on the Peninsula from San Francisco to Santa
Clara. A native of the area, Leila has a unique perspective on the peninsula,
which helps to ensure that her clients get the very best that the area has to
offer.
Prior to
becoming a Realtor, Leila was a licensed insurance agent with State Farm. She
also has worked in the lending industry with residential loans. This background
has given Leila valuable insight into general mortgage information and enables
her to lead her clients in the right direction for their particular needs.

addition, her experience has helped her hone important skills in communication,
negotiation, and attention to detail, all of which are vital to the success of
her real estate clients today.
Honors
Leila has
acquired a variety of honors in recognition of her exemplary performance on
behalf of clients; however, she has to look in her storage box to tell you what
they are. Awards and plaques are not of significant importance to Leila.
Instead, she judges her success on the satisfaction of her clients.

Personal
Information
Born and
raised in San Francisco, Leila lived most of her life in that city. She moved to
San Carlos 21 years ago when she married. She and her husband are now the
parents of a beautiful daughter.
The
daughter of Italian immigrants, Leila speaks fluent Italian and delights in
helping people from all walks of life. She
has helped not only seniors from her old neighborhood to downsize and find the
perfect retirement home, but also new buyers who are just starting out in the
housing market. Her experience and her caring nature helps her to ensure that
her diverse clientele is satisfied and feels cared for no matter who they are or
what they are seeking. “Everyone has different needs,” explains Leila.
“It’s my job to discover those needs and then meet them.”
When not
serving her clients, Leila enjoys spending time with her family. Both her
husband and her daughter are soccer players and the Sisneros family can often be
found on one of the Bay Area’s many soccer/softball fields.

Leila’s

client’s goals. She requires an initial hour meeting/interview session in
which she establishes a rapport with her clients. Here you really get to know
Leila and she gets to know you. “A solid relationship is vital to the success
of such an important transaction as buying or selling a home,” explains Leila.
In fact, so successful is she at establishing such relationships that many of
Leila’s clients become longtime friends after the transaction closes.
Extremely
tenacious and a strong believer in staying on top of the details at all times,
Leila maintains control over the transaction so that nothing falls through the
cracks and there are no surprises to her client. She schedules and attends
inspections, knows and keeps current with service providers and basically
handles every transaction as if it were her own. Leila is a boundless source of
information and knows the business so well that she can almost flawlessly
predict what will happen next.
What really
makes Leila’s service special, however, is the way that she delivers it: with
a smile and upbeat attitude at all times. "Nothing is ever such a big
problem that we can't solve it," she says. "I hate chaos and I see my
job as that of making sure that things go smoothly. I can handle just about
anything on behalf of my client so that their transaction closes with a minimum
of effort on their part. I want people to leave my office thinking that this was
the easiest real estate transaction they have ever experienced."
